Patri provides software, online and on-site training, best practice content, and other tools to help companies navigate complex public sector, international, and commercial markets. Online training materials, library content, proprietary, and contracted software, and other solutions may require the collection of information from customers. The Patri platform includes an online opportunity qualification solution (Bid Score™) and training videos to help companies make more informed bid/no-bid decisions and refine go-to-market skills. In addition, the Patri Forum™ is an online community for sales, proposal, capture, business development, and other professionals who wish to share information and best practices with one another. Solution pitching, competitive bashing, and any other unethical activity on the platform are strictly prohibited. Users securely access this tool through an internet browser, also accessible via mobile devices. The performance of these online tools depends largely on the quality of the internet connection. Data collected using the software are stored in a secure data center. Patri employees do not actively view customer data and access to customer accounts requires consent by the end-user. Customers are provided with secure online access to the Platform and are solely responsible for the data they enter therein and with whom they share the information generated. Partner companies may be assigned to administer the Patri Platform, design the assessments and scoring, and help in the bid decision process. Patri’s online content Library is an online compilation of proprietary articles showcasing insights for public sector and international sales and marketing professionals.
Proposed best-practices, strengths, weaknesses, scores, and ratings provided from Company’s software Bid Score™, online and on site training, content, or assessments, do not guarantee revenue growth, higher win rates, or any other improved efficiencies. Scores and ratings provided to Customers, Subscribers, Partners, and Users are based on Subscriber’s entries and the scoring system provided and/or customized by Customer, Company, or Partner, and do not guarantee a win or loss on a bid or any other opportunity as it is subject to the soliciting entity deciding on a winning vendor. Companies with more than one subscribing user can assign administrators — or have a partner company assigned as administrator — who can see in aggregate their company’s bid information and are solely responsible for their use, customization, and sharing of this data. In addition, Company is not liable for a user’s or group of users’ or partner’s decision to respond or not to any bid opportunity, this decision’s outcome, nor is Company liable or responsible for any money or time spent to respond or pass on an opportunity. Data provided from these tools is solely to help the Customer make the ultimate decision to respond or not to a bid opportunity or invest or not in a new market. Company is not liable for the Customer’s, Subscriber’s, or Customer’s colleague’s decision, time, or money spent to enter a new market, alter sales or marketing strategy, messaging, or any other process as a result of using Patri’s solutions. Performance of online tools largely depends on internet connectivity and Patri is not responsible for limited performance or access due to these connectivity issues.
III. Data Retention and Erasure
We take every reasonable step to ensure that your personal data are only retained for as long as they are needed in connection with a lawful purpose, at which time we will either (i) permanently delete or destroy the relevant personal data or (ii) anonymize the relevant personal data.
